Hey, hey!! If the moon could talk today ... she may say ...  "I am inviting you to take tangible steps toward your goals and manifest your deepest ambitions. But go slow and accept help. Embrace the energetics which are here to give birth to new beginnings and solidify your dreams."

It does for me (more of that in a mo). This FIRST full moon in Capricorn during Cancer season (there will be two), is the perfect time to embrace new beginnings and nurture the seeds we've planted.

The energy of this full moon encourages us to give birth to the new, to take those dreams and ideas we've been nurturing and bring them into reality.

I am doing that with not one, but THREE incredible immersion and retreat opportunities coming up!

In October, you can catch me back in St. Louis; in April, we’ll be diving deep in Mexico; and next June I am keeping it close to home in the beautiful landscapes of Northern California.
